Christmas Tree Lights-On and No Rehearsal Nativity
Come and enjoy a warm welcome with games, crafts, refreshments, and the potential chaos of a no-rehearsal nativity, followed by carols and a lights-on countdown as we celebrate the start of the Christmas season.
The event is free and there is no booking needed.

Community Tree Light-Up
Join us at 4:00pm on Sunday 5th December opposite Minster Surgery as we light up our community Christmas tree, create Christmas decorations, sing carols and Nativity play!

A thought from the Pastor
Isn’t it strange how some years stick in our memory? In future history books, 2020 will be the year of COVID19, just as 2016 was the year of Brexit and 2008 the great financial crash. Some years just embed themselves in our memory. Yet every year points us to Jesus Christ. This year is 2020 Anno Domini, the year of our Lord. The birth of Jesus Christ has shaped our culture, and also our calendar, our history as well as our destiny. For Jesus is no ordinary baby, He is, as Matthew 1:23 says ‘God with us’. May you know Him with you this Christmas.
