Sunday Worship Services

Our main gatherings as a church family take place on Sundays at our morning and evening services. In these services we gather to sing hymns and songs of praise, to pray, to read the Bible, and to listen to it being preached.

Morning Service

Our Sunday morning service starts at 10:30am and finishes between 11:45pm and 12:00pm. Many people gather after the service for refreshments and fellowship. During this service we also have Youth Church (11+), Sunday School (4-11yrs) and Creche for pre-school age children.

Our morning service is livestreamed on YouTube.

Evening Service*

The evening service starts at 6:00pm and finishes about 7:15pm. There is often the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the sermon in our evening services.

*On the 1st Sunday each month the service is at Thomas Court at 3:00pm instead.

Communion

We celebrate communion on the first and third Sundays of each month in the morning service. These are indicated on our church programme.

We also celebrate communion in the evening services, typically the 4th week of the month.

Kids and Youth

During our Sunday morning services there is a creche available for pre-school aged children.

A Sunday School runs parallel to the second part of the morning service - for all primary school aged children.

There is also a provision for the Youth of the church running parallel to the second part of the morning service.

Thomas Court

On the first Sunday each month, we join with the residents at Thomas Court Retirement Home for a short service at 3pm.

Many residents at Thomas Court were regular church-goers at an earlier stage of their lives, before advancing age brought difficulties in attending church. These services that we hold in the Lounge at Thomas Court are very much appreciated and enjoyed by these elderly folk.

Residents join with us to sing and a short gospel talk is given by one of our leaders. They replace our regular evening service on this week, and are organised by Dan Williams and Colin Towler.

For further information, dates etc., see Upcoming Events.

Sermons Online

Whilst listening to sermons online is no substitute for being at church and hearing the Word of God preached as part of the gathered community,YouTube livestreams are a great resource in case you’d like to catch up or share!
